MONROVIA – In a bid to ensure that all prospective candidates have a fair opportunity to complete their registration, the University of Liberia (UL) has revised the schedule for the administration of its 2025 Entrance and Placement Exam and Aptitude Test.
According to a press release issued by the University on Friday, June 27, and signed by Cllr. Norris L. Tweah, Vice President for University Relations, the new exam dates aim to give applicants who have already paid their fees at the bank additional time to obtain their exam identification numbers and complete the registration process.
The announcement detailed that the Digital Exam for Undergraduate programs will now be administered on a rolling basis from Tuesday, July 1 to Saturday, July 5, 2025. The Paper-based Undergraduate Exam will be conducted on Saturday, July 12 in Montserrado County and at the Straz-Sinje Campus.
Meanwhile, rolling Computer-based Aptitude Tests for the University’s Graduate and Professional Schools will take place between July 14 and July 30. The new timeline includes separate windows for the Graduate School, School of Pharmacy, Medical School, and the Louis Arthur Grimes School of Law, with the final day, July 30, designated for all remaining candidates.
Candidates who have completed the registration process but have not received their assigned exam and room numbers are urged to use the University’s official platform to retrieve that information. Additionally, candidates who paid their registration fees by June 16 but failed to fill the form are instructed to report to the Center for Testing and Evaluation (CTE) on the Capitol Hill Campus for verification and confirmation.
The press release concluded with a call for prospective examinees to reach out to the Center for Testing and Evaluation for further assistance. The office is headed by Assistant Professor Moses S. E. Hinneh, Jr., Executive Director of the CTE.
The University of Liberia emphasized its commitment to a transparent, inclusive, and smooth testing process that allows all eligible students an equal opportunity to compete for admission in the upcoming academic year.
