The Liberia Center for Innovation (LCI) represents a significant leap forward in educational technology and excellence. With the guiding motto, “Unlocking potential, delivering excellence beyond boundaries,” LCI has been officially established in accordance with the Non-Governmental Corporation Law of Liberia.
Operating as an online education smart campus, the LCI engages in online education and research based activities tailored to various career paths. The LCI empowers individuals to utilize its resources to achieve quality higher education through distance learning, thereby improving accessibility and addressing barriers that hinder personal and professional growth.
The Center is a vital resource for those interested in long-distance learning, granting access to international professors, faculty members, and university administrations. While LCI does not confer degrees, its primary mission is to facilitate quality and high standard distance learning by creating a supportive learning environment equipped with essential resources. Transparency and accountability are foundational principles guiding the institution’s governance, ensuring fairness and effectiveness.
As an independent entity, the LCI operates under a clear policy framework dedicated to professional excellence. A multidisciplinary team of knowledgeable scholars, academic professionals, and experienced educators leads the organization, with a President/ Chief Executive Officer holding a doctorate degree appointed by a five-member Board of Directors.
Most administrative roles require advanced qualifications of Master and Doctorate levels, with the exception of the receptionist and Communication and International Relations positions, which necessitate a Bachelor’s degree. The LCI Board oversees effective governance by approving key operational decisions, evaluating institutional policies, and appointing essential administrative staff. The Center is temporary located in Thinkers’ Village, along the RIA highway in Paynesville City, Montserrado, Liberia. For more details call: 0880707620
