Firestone Liberia is seeking an experienced and results-driven Lead, ICT Infrastructure & Operational Technology to oversee the design, security, reliability, and continuous improvement of the company’s ICT infrastructure and operational technology environment. The successful candidate will lead a team of technical staff and ensure the effective operation of networks, systems, cloud services, cybersecurity controls, and connected operational technologies across offices, factory, engineering, fleet, and field locations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, deployment, maintenance, and optimization of ICT infrastructure, networks, servers, cloud services, and end-user systems.
• Supervise Network Technicians and Assistant Network Technicians, ensuring high performance and continuous development.
• Establish and enforce technical standards, cybersecurity controls, and service management processes.
• Manage infrastructure projects, vendor relationships, ICT budgets, and service contracts.
• Ensure proactive monitoring, incident management, disaster recovery, and business continuity readiness.
• Support operational technology integration, including fleet telematics, CCTV, access control, VoIP, and industrial connectivity systems.
• Maintain accurate ICT asset inventories, documentation, and compliance with company policies and audit requirements.
• Qualifications & Experience
• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, Network Engineering,
  Cybersecurity, or related discipline.
• Minimum 8 years’ experience in ICT infrastructure, networking, systems administration, and
  technical operations.
• At least 3 years’ leadership or supervisory experience managing technical teams or multi-site ICT
  services.
• Strong experience with enterprise networks, Microsoft 365/Azure, cybersecurity, virtualization,
  backup and recovery solutions, and project delivery.
  Preferred Qualifications
• Professional certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, Microsoft, CompTIA Network+/Security+, ITIL, or
  Fortinet.
• Experience with operational technology, industrial networks, fleet telematics, CCTV, access control,
  VoIP systems, and ERP/business applications.
