MONROVIA – Former Montserrado County Superintendent Grace Kpaan has unleashed a critique of Montserrado County Senator Saah Joseph, branding him “corrupt beyond imagination” and unfit to hold any leadership role in Liberia.
Speaking on a live broadcast of Punch FM on Tuesday, September 3, 2025, Kpaan accused the senator of exploiting the country’s resources for personal gain while failing to deliver on promises made to the Liberian people. She claimed Joseph has demonstrated neither competence nor integrity in his public service, insisting that he does not deserve higher office.
“Saah Joseph needs God. He is a vampire and corrupt beyond imagination,” Kpaan declared. “He continues to steal the resources of the country. Saah Joseph is incompetent to be president for any organization, least to talk about Liberia.”
Kpaan also vowed to be a central figure in the 2029 elections, pledging to campaign vigorously against Joseph and other political figures she described as “corrupt and deceptive.” She named Representative Thomas Fallah among those she intends to oppose.
“I will be out there in 2029, campaigning against him and other corrupt individuals, including Thomas Fallah,” she said. “Let them stop fooling the people with their stories.”
The former superintendent’s remarks are already stirring political conversations on social media especially Facebook, given Joseph’s growing visibility as a key figure in the Legislature and a potential contender in future presidential contests.
Senator Joseph has not yet publicly responded to Kpaan’s allegations.
