International Competitive bidding: Procurement of Diagnostics Equipment
and Consumables
(IFB No. MOH/GOL/HSG/ICB/002/2025)
This Invitation for Bids follows the General Procurement Notice for Fiscal Year (2025) that was published on the Ministry of Health Website (www.mohsw.gov.lr) and the local dailies beginning January 2025.
- The Ministry of Health intend to commit portions of its approved government budgetary appropriation for fiscal year 2025 towards strengthening diagnostics services. In fulfillment of this, the Ministry of Health have decided to engage a manufacturer or distributer for the Supply, Delivery, Installation and commissioning of Health Sector Goods (Diagnostics Equipment and the supply of Reagents and Consumables).
- 3. The Ministry of Health now invites sealed bids from eligible and qualified bidders that have the ability and potential to pre-finance the productions or supply, delivery, installation and commissioning of the below listed equipment and consumables in the two lots:

- 4. Bidders are at the liberty to bid for both lots or a lot of their choice and mustquote for at least all of the total items in each lot. Bid evaluation and contract award shall be on the basis of contract per lot.
