Bong County – A commercial bus en route from Ganta to Monrovia was involved in a devastating accident on Friday, reportedly plunging into a valley along the dangerous Gbarkor Hill in Bong County.

The bus, widely known by commuters as “Killer Bean,” was reportedly carrying more than 100 passengers when the crash occurred. Eyewitnesses and early reports suggest multiple fatalities, with many others sustaining serious injuries.
Onlookers are calling on Phebe Hospital and the Liberia National Police to dispatch personnel and medical aid to the scene.
