According to Truth FM, the six-tyre truck, accompanied by a police escort, was reportedly carrying critical voting materials, including ballot papers, ahead of the highly anticipated by-election scheduled for Tuesday, April 22.

The National Elections Commission (NEC) has yet to issue an official statement on the situation or the contingency measures being taken.
