Kotee, a co-founder of the organization, secured an overwhelming mandate from members across various sectors.

Joining President Kotee in leadership are Roosevelt Richards as Vice President for Training and Development, Rev. Grace Martin-Nyanway as Vice President for Government and Legal Affairs, Rev. Arthur Gboto as Vice President for Grievance and Ethics, Sandra Ajoin Atem as Vice President for International Affairs, D. Dempster Zawolo as Vice President for Finance and Administration, and Alex Jeff Rynes as Vice President for Marketing, Branding, and Communication.

Following the election results, President Kotee called for reconciliation and unity within Liberia’s HR community, urging professionals from all backgrounds to collaborate in advancing the field. He stressed that under his leadership, ALHRP would foster inclusivity and work with every HR practitioner to build national credibility and influence for the profession.

He outlined plans to strengthen institutional partnerships, especially with government bodies like the Ministry of Labour, the Civil Service Agency, and the Liberia Chamber of Commerce, to ensure the HR profession plays a central role in national development.

During his tenure as acting leader, Kotee oversaw the transition of ALHRP from a concept to a functioning and widely respected organization.

Key achievements included hosting over 50 HR workshops and job coaching sessions, submitting policy proposals on employment practices, expanding membership from 3 to more than 360, and participating in national audits and regional HR conferences.

He also led the drafting of a proposed chartering Act, and introduced the Association’s first grievance mechanism, code of ethics, and operational guidelines.

Looking forward, the newly elected team will implement the “Vision 2025–2027” agenda, which includes financial transparency, HR credentialing programs, digital transformation, structured job placement systems, and legislative advocacy for the Association’s chartered status. President Kotee reaffirmed his motivation for re-election was based on continuity and a desire to complete the reforms already underway.

He stressed that the new leadership is not seeking recognition but remains committed to transformational results, emphasizing that ALHRP must evolve from being simply functional to becoming a formidable force in Liberia’s national development.
