The research was conducted under the guidance of Professor Dr. M. N. Parmar, Dean of the Parul Institute of Social Work.

Receiving the dissertation with great pride, Dr. Gray praised Mr. Gormah for his exceptional commitment to academic excellence and for upholding the values of the University of Liberia. He described Gormah’s journey as inspirational and said his return marks a valuable addition to the academic strength of the college.

“You have made the President of the University of Liberia, Dr. Layli Maparyan, and everyone at the Amos C. Sawyer College proud through your hard work and achievements in India,” Dr. Gray remarked. He also acknowledged the university’s critical role in supporting Gormah’s postgraduate education through scholarship and guidance.

Dr. Gray expressed confidence that Gormah will contribute meaningfully to the college’s mission by helping to deliver quality education to the next generation of Liberians. “I will watch with pride as you take your place among the distinguished faculty members of our great college to impact quality education into the next generation,” Dr. Gray stated. “Congratulations on your well-deserved success.”
