Open Letter To His Excellency Joseph Nyuma Boakai, Sr.-President Of The Republic Of Liberia
Dear Mr. President,
In as much as we, the people of Margibi County, continue to look forward with hope for additional political appointments within your administration, we are profoundly grateful and exceedingly overwhelmed by your decision to place our beloved county at the forefront of your national development agenda.
For the first time since the founding of Margibi County 41 years ago, we are witnessing the unprecedented transformation of our capital city and surrounding areas. The ongoing pavement of several streets and community roads in Kakata City and its environs is not just a milestone; it is a testament to the change we have long yearned for.
We are equally grateful for other significant developments under your leadership, including:
The construction of the National Clinical Diagnostics and Treatment Laboratory near the EBK Military Barracks, in Margibi County.
The launch of the US$3 million vocational school project in Margibi County, the continued support to Margibi University, the donation of a pickup vehicle to the Liberia National Police in Kakata to help strengthen security efforts, support to the Booker Washington Institute (BWI), Lango Lippaye High School, and the Kakata Rural Teacher Training Institute (KRTTI), the consistent supply of essential drugs to the C.H. Rennie Hospital, and the ongoing reconstruction of the hospital to improve healthcare delivery in the county.
These and many other developmental initiatives are a clear demonstration of your unwavering commitment to inclusive national development and exemplary leadership.
Mr. President, your actions affirm that the people of Margibi were not forgotten when they cast their votes. Slowly but surely, we are beginning to see the tangible benefits of our support for your presidency.
For this, we say thank you. We look forward to seeing more qualified and competent sons and daughters of Margibi appointed in your government and the opportunity for scholarships to pursue quality education.
Our earnest prayer is that God will continue to sustain your leadership and bless the Republic of Liberia under your stewardship.
With deepest appreciation,
Abel Nyumah Plackie-Proud Son of Margibi County-0775-88-9393
