MONROVIA – The Director-General of the National Public Health Institute of Liberia (NPHIL), Dr. Dougbeh Chris Nyan, has publicly expressed appreciation for Health Minister Dr. Louise Mapleh Kpoto, highlighting her support in strengthening Liberia’s public health sector.
