Dempster Brown in his petition to the Justice in Chamber, adding that “we have given him no such authority to bring a lawsuit in our name or interest, terming the petition as fraudulent and detrimental.”
The Education Officers have meanwhile given a seventy-two hours’ ultimatum for Cllr. Brown to withdraw his petition, thus threatening legal action if he fails to do so.
“We give him seventy-two hours to withdraw his dubious partition in our name, or else we’re going to use this same court process against him,” Siaway added.
