TEMPLE OF JUSTICE, Monrovia – The Monrovia City Court has issued a writ of eviction against Montserrado County District #9 Representative Frank Saah Foko for failure to pay rent amounting to $7,440 USD.

According to court documents, the eviction was triggered by summary proceedings to recover possession of real property filed by Saiku A. Fahnbulleh, the property owner. Fahnbulleh informed the court that Representative Foko has defaulted on his monthly rent payments of $1,155 USD since October 2024.
The writ of possession, a legal order issued by the court, commanded the sheriff to proceed to the property, located on 17th Street, Sinkor, Monrovia, and enforce the eviction. It stated:
“You are hereby commanded to proceed to the premises, the subject matter of the below-captioned case situated and lying on 17th Street, Sinkor, City of Monrovia.”
The order mandates the sheriff to “oust, eject, remove, and evict Representative Frank Saah Foko Otis and all those under his control” and subsequently hand over the property to the complainant.
FPA that Representative Foko has been served with the court order and has requested a two-day grace period to relocate.
As of now, there has been no public statement from Representative Foko or his legal team regarding the eviction order. Further developments are expected as the case unfolds.
