Telecel Recognizes Loyal Clients | News

— Certificates and showers them with bonuses

Telecel Liberia, an internet service provider,  has recognized the immense contribution of five of its customers to the operations and growth of the company–and has therefore certificated them as a form of motivation

Telecel Liberia, formerly K-3 Telecom, held the event on Tuesday, October 22, 2024, at its headquarters on 3rd Street Sinkor, Monrovia. The event witnessed five of the company’s most outstanding customers receiving gifts and bonuses.

The Flower Hotel and the Liberia Media and Marketing Services, publisher of the news newspaper both joined in 2017 were the two institutions awarded while Jackie A. Bruce, Mr. George Taylor, and Madam Muna Tarpeh who joined in 2017 and 2018 respectively were the individual clients certificated.

Speaking at the ceremony, The Technical Support Supervisor of Telecel, Alvin Hill said the awards are the organization’s way of appreciating and giving back to its devoted customers.

Mr. Hill added that those certificated will also enjoy free one-month home service packages of quality service valued at over four hundred fifty United States Dollars  United States dollars as a token of gratitude.

He asserted that regardless of the quality service Telecel provides, staying faithful to one company for such a long time warrants special recognition and thankfulness.

“While we are fully aware of the quality service we provide as a company, it is good for us to recognize the commitment and efforts of those who have stood with us over the years,” he added.

The Telecel Technical Support Supervisor argued that despite the challenges, Telecel remains Liberia’s best internet provider.

Speaking on behalf of customers, James Zaye of Liberia Media and Marketing Service and Madam Muna Tarpeh hailed Telecel Liberia for providing efficient and effective internet service over the years.

Mr. Zaye and madam Tarpeh in separate remarks outlined the awesome customer service and their low internet cost as some of the reasons behind their commitment to the company.

“Unlike other companies, Telecel never turns down a call; once you have a problem, it doesn’t matter what time you call them whether night or day,” Madam Tarpeh emphasized.

They called on other internet customers to take advantage of the Telecel services if they are to enjoy quality and low-cost internet services in their homes and offices.
