Position Title: Factory Maintenance Manager (FMM)

Position Summary
We are seeking a qualified and experienced Factory Maintenance Manager to lead maintenance operations and ensure the efficient, safe, and reliable performance of plant equipment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily maintenance operations and maintenance teams.
- Develop and implement preventive and corrective maintenance programs.
- Ensure equipment reliability, efficiency, and availability.
- Manage maintenance budgets and spare parts inventory.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives and optimize productivity.
- Enforce Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) standards and company policies.
- Train, coach, and develop maintenance personnels.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years’ managerial or supervisory experience in industrial maintenance.
- Strong technical, leadership, organizational, and computer skills.
- Ability to communicate technical information effectively.
Preferred
- 10 years’ experience in the rubber processing/manufacturing industry.
- Knowledge of industrial electrical systems, steam boilers, and plant utilities.
- Understanding Root Cause Analysis method
- Experience in Budget & Spare parts inventory management
- Proven Safety Leader record and knowledge in Project management
Working Conditions
Must be able to work under pressure, respond to emergency situations, and comply with all safety requirements, including the use of PPE.
